During the “Quality Shelter” workshop in May, they participated in the design process for the refurbishment of Tambakunda’s Hospital in Senegal working closely with MCA’s architects and external consultants including architects Michele Olivieri and Giulio Desiderio, arch. Marco Rizzoli (expert in hospital design), arch. Alessio Battistella (from Arcò) and arch. Tommaso Bitossi (environmental and MEP consultant from Transsolar, Germany).

Last week, the students visited Renzo Piano Building Workshop Foundation in Genoa, guided by architects Mark Carroll and Emanuele Donadel.
