Yesterday, January 26, 2016 has been an important day for SOS – School of Sustainability.
The new SOS headquarters has been inaugurated by the students with Mario Cucinella with a first event open to the public ‘SOS OPEN’.
The lecture theme was BEYOND COP21 and we discuss this topic with Edoardo Zanchini, vice president of Legambiente and Antonio Navarra, President of the Euro-Mediterranean Centre for Climate Change.
About 50 persons, students, professionals and citizens have attended the event, raising questions to the speakers. Following the lecture, the SOS students have discussed with the speakers these topics in relation to the ongoing SOS projects in Bologna and Messina – Reggio Calabria.
A big thank you to all the participants, it was really a beautiful evening!
Last but not least the next SOS OPEN will be a public lecture of Luca De Biase, journalist and editor at Sole24Ore, focusing on the topic Design the Future. More details coming soon!
